Went to buy a mattress. An older lady helped us and now I can't remember her name but she was so helpful and willing to give us the best price she could. She was way friendlier than any of the big name brand places. We actually felt like our business was wanted there. We were so pleased with the service we plan on buying the rest of our furniture from there

The 2 recliners we got are not holding up either. One was broken upon delivery, we hauled it right back and they wanted me to take a floor model with no discount..I said no...they order another one and we waited another week or so to get it. Now, they are both doing the same thing the broken one did, leaning to the left..you cannot even sit in it without getting your back all screwed up. I should send them the doctor bill for that one. I would never...ever...ever...buy anything from them again. You would think something like a recliner would hold up better. We don't have kids or animals, its just us. And neither one of us are overweight...so this should never have happened. It cost us over a grand for these pieces of crap. I am SO mad I could spit nails....We have only had these about 7 months....felt the same way with Shermans crappy furniture they sell...we bought an entire living room set from them for around 3,800.00 and it started sucking at the 5 month mark...we ended up giving the crap away...I am not happy about any of this....going to try high end stores now since we have been paying high end prices for crappy product to begin with....

IT SAIS MADE IN AMERICA BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE TAG IT SAIS MADE IN CHINA!!!!

The paperwork you get on it sais ALL SALES FINAL! But the on the bottom it sais that you must have this paperwork for all returns! The workmanship is very poor and cheap! They don't even honor returns on furniture that is falling apart a week later! I recommend that nobody go here and get burned like I did! The worst experience I have ever had!!!
