I hesitate to even call it service. Be prepared to either be swarmed by a child who is incompetent and has no idea what he's talking about, or an old man with a beard who clearly lost his bottle of viagra. That's ok, plenty of other bike shops with better prices.

Russell's is a great place to go if you want to have a solid cycling experience and talk to smart staff. In recent years the quality of their service has dropped severely and they are extremely overpriced (by as much as 30% over other local shops). I do like the layout of the new store and enjoy their lineup of bikes, but if money is an issue I suggest you shop around and don't get fooled by their "discounts".
