Provided by YP.comVery disappointed with this Company. Took a weed trimmer, push mower into be repaired the 14th of May. Called numerous times to check when they would be ready. Same answer every time, 'We'll look at them Monday, call you Tuesday. After 8 weeks (July 9th) went into check and pick them up, the lady in the front got mad & wrote on the invoice, 'Customer not willing to wait, refused repair'. Believe it or not with as much rain as we've had here in Central Illinois, the lawn mower was desperately needed. Unless you have a duplicate of what you're taking into be repaired, pass this business up!

Provided by YP.comWorst ever. Take your mower elsewhere for a tuneup. They’ve had my mower for 2 weeks when they told me it would be 5-6 days. They take in way too many mowers for their Spring tune up special and they can’t keep up. Greed over caring about the customer. Was supposed to be delivered today. No mower and not even a phone call. I’ll never do business with them again and suggest you do the same.

Provided by YP.comThey had my lawn mower for three weeks, never heard from them so I called and was told there were only three mowers ahead of me so it should be done in a few days. Four weeks later never heard anything so I called again and was told she would check and call me right back, never got called back so the next day I called again and was told they didn't know what they were supposed to do to it, so I told them again (guess if I hadn't called it would have sat there all summer) he said OK it will be done next week, well three weeks passed and still no mower. I finally had to drive up there and talk to them in person and got it that same day. I had them do the "Tune Up Special" for $139, replace a belt and add fluid to the transmission this came to over $300. The $139 is for labor only for the tune up, parts are extra and who knows why the rest cost so much. I got it back and it was missing a pulley guard so now I have to be careful not to get caught up in the belt. The bottom line is take it to them in the winter and you might have it by next spring and make sure you have extra money in your checking account.
