My Silverado has a vibration at acceleration that is not normal. After riding with service manager I got the response I expected. He said they all drive like that. I am retiring from GM and I can tell you that my next vehicle purchase will be a Ford truck. My brother-in-law has the same exact truck as mine except it is a Ford F150. I even think his 6-speed trans is shared with GM. His truck does not "drive like that".

Always 5 stars from our salesman Joe Keast, he couldn’t make anything any easier for us and I can’t say enough good things about him! Love that this dealership is honest and isn’t trying to hide any fees or get you In the door under false pretenses.

Brought in my Chevrolet Tahoe for an estimate on rear door that was out of alignment after my teenage son backed out of garage with door open. The estimator spent 1-2 minutes looking at it and concluded that the entire door would need to be replaced plus the front door would need to be repainted to match new door. Cost = $2,700.00. Decided to get a second quote at GREENFIELD COLLISION. They determined the hinges would need to be replaced and a small dent repaired. Cost = $1,000.00. Insurance involved or not, it's an enormous difference in cost. Needless to say, my car is being repaired by GREENFIELD COLLISION.

Don't bother with collision shop! They were referred to me after a deer jumped in front of my car and caused quite a bit of damage. Upon going there for an estimate I was told they wouldn't give me one since I wanted to pay for the repairs myself instead of going through my insurance company. I was told this was a liability to them.

Not only do I receive excellent service when I buy my vehicles from Heidebreicht, but it gets even better when I bring my vehicle in for service work. I may pay a little bit more at a dealer, but having the comfort of knowing my vehicle is in the hands of factory trained techs, makes it all worth while. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, or looking to service your GM vehicle. Plus, $13 oil changes, can't go wrong!!

I can also say the same experince with the service and repair departments, the entire staff was helpful and followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I was satisifed with the work performed.
