Provided by YP.comI have purchased a few automobiles from this dealership over the past decade. I continue to do business with them because of their staff. The salespeople know how to be professional when needed, and they know how to joke around when appropriate. I enjoy the atmosphere within the dealership. There is no pressure to purchase anything, and it feels like you are hanging out with long-time friends when you are in there.
My most recent purchase with Barreth Chrysler Center was a new 2010 Dodge Journey. I bought the automobile in January 2011. I was not planning on even looking at automobiles that day, but something on the lot caught my eye and I decided to swing in for a closer look. I purchased the new Journey with assistance from my new favorite salesman, Tom Wilson. I really enjoyed working with Tom and the other employees at the dealership.
In May of 2011, I had to return to the dealership for a re-coat of the windshield protection I had purchased back in January. The guy who does the detailing, Chris (I don't know his last name), took my Journey back to his shop and returned a short time later. He had come to tell me "I cant let you leave here with a clean windshield and a dirty car. Is it okay if I go ahead and wash it while I have it?". Of course, I agreed, and I left the dealership twenty minutes later with the car looking like new.
I am very pleased with both the service during and after the sale. The employees at Barreth are down-to-Earth and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business!

Provided by YP.comI bought a car in 2009 from this business. They offer a buy back program so I went to check it out. They offered me less than 1/2 of what I paid for it. I took it because I am not a haggler and didn't want the hassle. The sales manager was nothing short of an arrogant jerk to me. They tried to make it look like they were taking a loss and doing me a favor because it needed new tires and then made up a mechanical malfunction I know wasn't there to rip me off. They slapped some new tires on it (at least I hope so for whoever buys it sake) and then jacked the price up $3500 from what they gave me. They tried telling me some single mom with kids was needing a good deal so because of the low price they gave me they were going to be able to help her out. Well, this was obviously a lie due to the their asking price for it now. My mom has also been ripped off by them on mechanical issues but is too sweet and trusting to realize. I highly recommend never doing business with them. They are typical dishonest sales people who may be able to play nice better than others but are still conartists 100%.
As for the other review written by Brian, I am sure he is an employee. To write such a glowing review and then go off on other companies by name makes that quite obvious.
This is the stock # of the car they bought from me for $2500.00 and then are trying to sell for almost $6000.00.....2004 Chevrolet Impala LS

They may have ripped me off but I can only hope some redemption will be found by warning others about their shady business ethics and saving them from what happened to me.
P.S. As for the 1 star review it is only there because Yellow pages wouldn't post this without clicking on a star. I tried to leave no stars.
