My husband and I went to this McD's tonight to get me a Quarter pounder meal and that is exactly what I ordered. I also customized my burger to have no ketchup or mustard. Simple order, huh? Not for the crew there tonight.
Just as soon as we got off the parking lot, I checked my sandwich and found they did completely opposite of what I ordered.. Instead of it being made as I ordered it, they left off the extras along with the cheese that I didn't want. Not to mention they had that sandwich drowned in ketchup. So the lady at the counter sent it back and repeated the order to them and even had it on the screen for them to read it, they then turned around and made the same mistake again. This time with even more ketchup. They had to go back and do my sandwich 4 times before they even got it right. If I go there again to eat, it will be during the daytime.

On August 27, 2008 I visited the Washington Missouri McDonalds. At 8:07 PM I order a Big and Tasty, small coffee, and a water to dine in. At 8:10 (time on the receipt) water glass and coffee were place on a tray, I filled the water and added sugar and creamer to the coffee. At 8:15 PM without my sandwich, I sat down with my back to the counter. Picking up the newspaper, I could clearly hear the restaurant workers behind me.

At 8:20 I went back to counter. The teenager who was working the register saw me coming. He walked to the holding bin and grabbed a sandwich. Assuming it was mine, I said, “I been waiting too long. I don’t what it any more.”

The manager, a middle-age, white male, responded to my request, “You walked away. It’s been sitting on the counter.”
Pointing to were I was sitting, I responded, “You all could have said some thing. I want my money back.”

When the manger shook his head, I said, “I never come back.” Angry, I added as I left. “I know the manager.” Actually, I sold a Lincoln to the owner, but it’s been a long time and I don’t think she would remember me. Needles to say, I won’t go back to this McDonalds.

Now I'm going to get my dinner out the microwave.
