Great selection for dogs, cats, and small caged animals. Could be better as far as fish and reptile supplies are limited. Customer service ,for the most part, is not bad. Finding an employee and asking for help is not a problem. However, when a customer is wondering about with their pet but not choosing anything is a pretty good indication that they are in need of assistance. It's really the only complaint I have. I wondered around with my puppy in the dog food section for almost an hour and was approached by several employees but only because they wanted to see my adorable new little puppy. Sadly, not one of them asked me if I needed help finding something. They just took off before I had a chance to ask. On the bright side, staff was very friendly and helpful after I approached them.

sad I drive over an hour called to make an apt got hung up on I buy expensive food there yet cant get help

Just called to ask if they sold a certain aquarium there, the girl said she'd have to ask, she came back on the line to say "No, we don't sell that here. " so I asked if any their other locations sold it, to which she snotily replied "well I wouldn't know that." and hung up.

I was pretty sure I pressed 3 for "customer service", not 3 for "rude dimwit"... -_-
