I WENT TO KAYLA NICOLE ON 07/05/13,(OMLY B/C IT WAS THE ONLY SPA OPEN) WAITED FOR 2 HOURS, WHEN I GOT HELP THE MAN DOING MY NAILS COUGHED ALL OVER ME, ASKED ME WHERE I GOT MY NAILS DONE BEFORE, THEN BEGAN TO DOWN GRADE THE OTHER PLACE, TOLD ME HOW BETTER THEY WERE. I SEE NO WAY AT ALL K.N. IS BETTER. MY SHELLAC ISN'T FULLY ON MY NAIL, ITS ALREADY STARTED CHIPPING, AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY CROOKED, WAS RUSHED WITH THE PROSSES. AND STILL GOT CHARGED FULL AMOUNT! VERY UNHAPPY, I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN

I don;t know the mans name but i am guessing it was the same one Jack.. zip on personality - my favorite part of a manicure is the lotion and hand massage - I have never ever not received this - except for here - I didn't even get to wash my hands after he did all the filing (which is when most would pay) I tried the new polish that requires harding time - he rushed through the drying (not that they were busy and needed my seat) - needless to say they are already smugged -- 27.00 later .. NEVER GO THERE.

First of all, let me say that Kayla Nicole used to be Regal Nails inside of Walmart. For some reason (I'll bet it had something to do with complaints) they are now 3 or 4 doors down from there. Okay, so the first time I was going I made an appointment on the nice little voicemail option. When I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time at 5pm, I was told to come back at 7. WTF!!! I got gel nails the first time, so tell me why Jack put acrylic over my gels when I went for fill-ins?!?! On top of that, I bought the O.P.I. nail polish color he used. Seven bucks! When I got it home the bottle was 2/3 gone!!! Are you serious?!? Jack has a nasty attitude and can be quite rude and ripped me off. I took the nail polish back and got a refund and I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to Kayla Nicole. They need to work on their customer service and communication skills - BADLY! BEWARE!!!!!!
