Provided by YPmobileDue to the fact that my prescription is costly and I have no insurance I had to use frames I owned rather than purchasing new ones. I had them checked at PEC and was told the frames were fine. Within a week of getting my frames and lens back from PEC the lens literally fell out of the right side. It took me a frwbdays to get back to PEC because I do not drive. I explained what had happened when I arrived at PEC. I was told since I did not purchase the frames there they could not fix them. Well PEC did not have an issue working on those frames when they put the lens in the frames. Their tech had said the frames were fine when the ordered the new lens. I then said I would pay for the repair even though I felt the problem stemmed from either removing the old lens or inserting the new lens. I was told again that they could not work on the frame because I did not buy it from them however the technician said we are having a sale on frames...but you will need to order new lenses because we can't fit your lens into our frames. Really? I just spent $279.00 on lenses that are useless because someone that inserted the lens stretched my frames??? So I have had to use SuperGlue. Thanks for your help...NOT
