I took my 2011 vehicle to them after an accident. They told me that they would work with the insurance company and everything would be taken care of. That was the furthest thing form the truth I have ever heard. When I went to pick up the car they had done a horrible job and then blamed the insurance company. To start with They used after market parts rather than GM parts and then said the insurance company would only pay for after market parts which was not true. The rear bumper they put on was not dressed properly and the paint job was horrible. It was so bad that you could see the bumper color through the paint. They put the front bumper on wrong. That should be enough but they denied all of these issues and to this date have not fixed any of the problems. They argued and denied any wrong doing and said that what I received was the best they could do. I have since taken it to another shop and was told that the mistakes made were so bad that it would cost me double what J&D made to fix them. I would never use this shop and recommend that any one who needs body work stay as far away from J&D as you can,
