i have been living here for over three years and during this time the new
cfo has increased the rent two years in a row, now i am paying $100 more per month from the first year i moved here in order to take advantage of tax subsidies and could afford to live on my social security disability pay ?? if you are thinking to move here please be aware that there is not enough parking spaces for all the people who leave here and on top of that when somebody comes for a visit they take the prime spaces so people like me who is in a wheel chair has to park over a 1000 yards away from the front door??? and there is only two handicapped parking spaces for over 150 unites??? which is take by the visitors at all times???
the management here is not concerned with this problem at all as long as you are paying your rent on the first of the month on time???
i must say that this place used to be a good place to live until past couple of years when the top management changed???
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL
