New Airspeed customer I signed up for the 10Mbps package. Fantastic customer service, nice to be able to work with a local company that cares. Keep it up! Now that I dumped my satellite I can work from home without the latency issues and bandwidth constraints.

AIRtastic!!!!! Allowed me to take care of my kids and work from home during the wonderful weather we had. I would recommend to anyone looking for a solid connection.

I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE customer service. The "owner" Aaron (although BBB says he is not the owner) is a complete jerk. We placed a service call and he took over 2 months to come out, then charged us to move the radio which my husband already had to move. Do you want their attention to fix an issue? Don't pay them. It's the ONLY option. Although then Aaron decided to complain to my neighbors that he was "PISSED" he couldn't find us. Meanwhile drove by our house 2x and waited until we left for an appointment to come disconnect our service. Seriously, GOOD RIDDANCE! As for service, plan to spend 3hrs to watch a 30min show. Actually just don't plan on using the internet except for basic browsing.

Absolutely worthless-Avoid at all costs. 8 months I've had their service, and 8 months they've been promising they would be upgrading "soon"- usually within the next couple of weeks. Service is to slow to stream, VoIP, or do anything more than basic browsing. Customer service is a joke-they have NEVER returned a phone call. Bottom line- all promise and hot air.

Before you consider these guys, check and see if your cell provider offers data service. I realized I can get 30mb download speed from ATT. More expensive, but worth the cost.

Great company, great customer service. Low prices and high speed internet. Faster than anything else out there!!
