I"ve had a wonderful experience with the vets and assistants. My Miniature Poodle has heart disease and they have prescribed three medications for him. My dog seems to be doing okay at age 13.

Be careful if you want them to groom your cat. They say, $85 will sedate, shave her fur, cut their nails and clean their ears. My can does fine through all of that. I've been there several times and once she came back with the most horrible shave ever. Tufts of fur missed all over the place. The manager apologized and gave me 50% off the next shave. That was fine. Came back again, to have all the same stuff done, paid full price, and one of her nails kept catching. Now it is only 2 months later and the nail has grown in to her pad and got infected! I feel this groomer either needs more help, take more time to do the job right or I may take my kitty somewhere else to have this done. This is negligence.
