Alaska Cheesecake Company is one of the only (if not THE only) places in South Central Alaska that has counter sales of full cheesecakes. We tried one for my wife's birthday, and they were very flexible in making it the kind of cheesecake we wanted, including topping details etcetera ...great looking cake! Then when we tried it? Wow! Best cheesecake we've ever had and we've been on the planet long enough to speak with a lot of experience in our background! We'll definitely be returning to the Alaska Cheesecake Company!

The owner has mental/anger issues. My wife ordered a cake and when she went to pick it up the owner tacked on other charges unknown to my wife. My wife refused to pay so the owner actually grabbed my wife's credit card from her hand, charged her and told her to get out of the store. We had to call the police to resolve the issue. In the end, the owner gave my wife a refund by throwing it back at her in cash. We were stunned because we had purchased cakes from her many time n the past. I guess she was having a real bad day.

The cheesecake just melts in your mouth, and it wasn't too sweet which is why i never liked cheesecake, till now. Tasted incredible and the owner was just the sweetest person you could meet.

This is the best cheesecake ever and the owner is awsome.

I have enjoyed her cheesecakes for years and hope she is there forever.
