I will never try to do business with this company again. They won't pick you up and they won't call you back even after a couple of hours and then pretend like you never called when your name and number is sitting on their desk! I have never in my life written a bad review but I have never been this upset with a company!

Had my car in the body shop for 6 weeks. Traded the rental in 3 times. The last time we got a truck and all was good, about a week into having it they call and tell us they will be charging us $6 a day that insurance won't cover... We never once signed an agreement to this. Never once was it discussed prior to getting the truck. The body shop called and discussed that they would cover the charges as it was their fault that it was past the 30 days thAt insurance would cover. We returned the truck. Enterprise charged us $44 on top of the original $50 deposit that they charged us. We shouldn't have been charged a penny and should have been refunded the deposit. I am not happy with their poor miscommunication and poor customer service. Go elsewhere if you can.
