DON'T go to Geneva Woods. They are incompetent. They can never find your RX that the Doctor faxes or calls them with. They make you wait for hours or sometimes days when trying to pick up a script even when they have it. They are the most expensive pharmacy in town even when you have insurance. All of their good employees quit them. I spent more than $100,000 over the last three years with them and they still can't get my prescriptions right. I had to fight with them when I was on their Med set program to make them stop putting in meds that I was told to stop by my doctors, and they continued to charge me even though I was not supposed to take the meds. Now they make me wait 3-5 days for incontinent supplies when I need them. They say it has always been their policy but today was the first time I ever knew about it and I have been getting my supplies from them for over 5 years. I have been patient and tried to work with them but they are just getting too big and don't care about the little guy any more. They are money hungry and lack motivation to change.

Have heard many stories from providers and have experienced many encounters myself with staff and on call staff at Geneva Woods of Wasilla. Basically, don't be surprised if you are given the wrong meds or not enough meds. It is also normal to not get a response from on call staff. And when they do call back, keep in mind that is normal if they are upset with themselves for choosing to be an on call staff and will give you mediocre service.

The staff is professional, polite, friendly, and quick.
