Got a latte the first time and it was ok but the gal was very abrupt. Gave a second try and my latte was disgusting, got some "homemade" soup and it was ice cold and watery. Told the gal it was cold and she acted all put out, did not offer money back but said she would microwave it for me (unacceptable as it was clam chowder and clams are not supposed to be microwaved), she was very rude and when I asked about talking to a manager, she said she was the owner! Never again.
