Very poor craftsmanship. I had an issue with my car overheating. I took it into this business and they discovered I had an upper radiator hose issue. They stated it would be 1 hr diagnostic charge, 1 hr repair charge, and the cost of the replacement part. That was fine with me. 1 week later I am on my daily work commute and the same thing happens to my car. This time I have to get a tow as I am on the highway and not in town. I get it towed to a different auto shop and let them know the history. They find that Knik Tire and Auto shop did in fact replace 1/2 of the upper radiator hose but not the other 1/2 the coupling part which had now failed. I think they should have replaced the entire thing personally. So this cost me double for the same problem + the cost of a tow for shoddy work performed by this auto shop. UPDATE - They were very apologetic when contacted, they offered to pay 1/2 the tow bill. I updated the review to 4 stars as I didn't expect anything back but they are an honest shop.
