Made a apptoiment last week for this morning and they don't honor it not professional everybodys time is valuable that is why you set up appointments.Will never use them and would never suggest anyone else uses them

Murphy's Auto was refered to me by another shop because of their professionalism,so I took a chance. The shop "could have" told me all kinds of things were wrong because the problem was electrical but they didn't. A simple battery cable was replaced & done,mind you the tow company,not there's,charged me $100 dollars just for a 10 mile tow. Murphy's did not even charge me for the part,after paying for the services my battery was dead,"not their fault,it was sitting in -10 degree weather",within seconds a tech came out & got my car running,then my tire was low so I asked AGAIN for some help. Overly helpfull,no "attitude"& mind you this was at closing time for the shop. My car is fixed & I am not a hot female,37 yr. old man that is very happy with this company,....."I'll be back!"
