Firstly, I love my dog and wouldn't put her in a bad situation.

My work required I leave Alaska for three weeks and was in need of a caring kennel to keep my dog while I was away. A friend suggested Rosen kennels stating he had heard good reports from other dog owners. Upon my return Mr. Rosen brought my dog to the kennel office. He called her by name and her tail was high and wagging, a true sign of affection. My dog liked him and that was all telling to me. I have to admit Mr. Rosen first impression is gruff and could use a little polish, but my concern is the wellbeing of my pet during my absence. She looked good and wasn't traumatized in the least and would recommend this kennel to all.

Someone referred me to them and I called to ask questions because they don't have a website.. And the guy could not care at all about my questions or my dogs. I will no be taking my girls there.

I have seen this trainer in action and would not send my dog to him. He shows a lack of self control and a lack of dog training ability. He will ruin dogs if he does not learn more advanced techniques.
