They take really good care of my dog. Never had a problem with them or their service in 10-15 years.

The new owners of The Dog Wash sure do love what they do! Taking care of dogs has been a life long passion for them.

Hi I bring the Newfie there and so far so good I have use them for several of my new fees and for several years about 12 years they used to do my poodles to I guess I've just had great luck and I'm thankful they are there I hope any bad experiences are long gone because all the folks I've dealt with are definitely dog lovers

This place is a mystery to me. One time I bring my dog in, everything is fine. Another time, the dog is freaking bleeding all over. Next time, everythings great. Its a mystery with these people. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes you dont.

I dont know what to say... somthing bad has happened to the whole attitude at the dog wash in wasilla??? why has the service and care that was once there now gone ??? The last 2 times we went to get our dog done she was bleeding. not a little but this last time alot of blood all over the car. her pads on her feet were bleeding. Never again. The attitude was also different. Jerking the dogs around and just plain meaness.

3 times a year for a poodle...are you kidding me? They are recommended to be groomed every 4-6 weeks...no wonder he was stripped to the skin. I have groomed there for 10 years and am appalled by the condition most people bring there pets in to be groomed. I will do what I can but will no torture your dog due to your neglect. Dematting hurts!

I've took my dog there a few times, I've always had good service until this past week. I called to make an appointment and the lady acted like she did not want to be bothered. I took him to the appointment today and they cut him twice and he barely had any hair except on his head. I was pissed!! He will not go through that torture again! They're understaffed or just don't freakin' care! They don't deserve one star!
