DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN!!! She is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. She over chargers for "services", will ad things onto you move out fees that were not part of the move in inspection. And she has absolutely no empathy or integrity.

Confront this! This woman will take your money, not work for you; then when you've had enough and have cause to walk away she will seize your money then threaten to take you to court. As a long term resident I have watched enough hurt come out of this property manager.

Can you please tell me why beware? What happened?Since you are the first one to leave a review, at least leave a helpful one so I know why she sucks so I don't go with her. This didn't help me at all.

Tracey currently manages over 50 of my rental units throughout the valley. She is by far the most professional, responsive, hard working and honest property manager I've worked with. I have recommended her services to all of my family and friends who have been in the market for a property manager.

I have known and worked with Tracey for 3 years. She has always been professional, hardworking and compassionate for both owners and tenants. She has had countless compliments for always being there for them. 24/7 emergency procedures. For taking care of problems quickly and professionally. She understands the needs of military families and has many under her wing. There are always two sides to every story and when someone is unhappy, they tend to omit things and twist facts. Considering all the good Tracey has done, and all the people she takes care of, I highly recommend her. Meet her and make your own decisions.
