Had been using this clinic for almost 15 years. Something has changed for the worse. When I call no matter the day of the week I am told that they are short staffed and they can't an appointment for an urgent matter for a couple of weeks. Today I was told to continue to watch my cat that hasn't eaten or moved for over 24 hours, to just keep watching him. I'm wondering what I am suppose to be watching for? Death?

This is my first review for YP. I have relied upon them in the past to give me reliable reviews on businesses so it was a big surprise when I googled my vet to get their phone number and saw that their only review from this site was for one star. I don't spend any time posting reviews but felt the need to offer a response to that negative review because WVC has always been accommodating, fair, reasonable, and in every way a great place to take care of our multiple dogs and cat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner and have been completely content with the way that they have treated our multiple pets.

The front desk people at this clinic are rude and pushy. They overprice for a nothing visit. I went there for a recheck, waited in the lobby for 40 minutes to only see the doctor for less than 2 minutes. $150 talk about a rip off.
