The company employees are competent and efficient. However, I think it would be benefiical for the customer to be bilingual to convey any questions or points needed to discuss during construction,i.e., I had to get my 4' level to show them a stringer was not level. The new wood panels are not vertical and are at a slight slant. Repeated calls were made to the owner to come out and look at the work but each promise to come out was not met. On the fence that had only the post replaced, a stringer was broken during the phase of putting the panels back up. The owner was made aware of the situation but no response to see it for himself. I had to make the repair myself. The cleanup and clearing away the debris was quick and efficient. They did a very good job on cleanup.

Get away from the contractor, I hired them to build my backyard fence with a total length of about 75 feet. They cut corners all over the places. They even refused to put on metal post caps which I ended up having to buy them and put them on myself. They also offer empty promised which they never care to fulfill. Get find another contractor!
