I spent my whole life in Watauga. This Chili's gives the city a bad name. Ordered from the website. It did not get half my order then when I tried to call the number for over 30 minutes no one answered. Stating they were to busy to deal with such things. My husband called me from the place picking up our order to try to make them add what they did not get to it. Now the rest of my family has to have their food wait while they get mine straight. Beyond disappointed. Whatever happened to good customer service? At least answer your phones and put us on hold.
