When I first picked up my glasses I told them that I can not read anything. I was informed to try them out to give my eyes time to adjust to the new prescription. I spent over $200 above my insurance not to include my children and husband spent over $400 over insurance which is a told of $600 over insurance and I can't read out of my glasses. My old pair that I got somewhere else is prefect. But they are telling me that I might need bifocals. REALLY if that was the case I would not see perfect out of my old glasses. I am now starting to have headaches because of the glasses. My love the customer service but if I could give a rating of -1 I would. The whole purpose of going to the eye doctor is to leave seeing better not worst.

I can't help but to wonder how many other people have left this office not being able to see out of their glasses. I know I am not the only person. They are taking insurance payments, too. I am going to get a second opinion and if my prescription come back different I am going to file a complaint. That is just wrong to take people money. I know doctors are held to a high standard. Please reply if the same thing happened to you because we need to do something. I am no one alone but with others our voice can be heard.

NOT HAPPY

I have taken my whole family to this place in Watauga.
We spend a lot of money on glasses, office visits and contacts.
Funny thing is, none of us are happy with our vision. I bought a years worth of contacts only
to turn around and buy glasses 3 months later, and am told that my prescription is wrong possibly, that i
need a recheck. My son has been told he only needs his for reading...he can't wear them cause they hurt his eyes.
My daughter says her contacts do not help her vision out at all. My husband cannot see out of his at all unless he tilts his head. Step daughter just went somewhere else and they DOUBLED her prescription in less than 5 months. Something is wrong with this picture. This is just not adding up...

Fast awful customer service, nickle and dime you . I was told give me a free trial contacts, nothing had to pay for a fitting fee to release my prescription!

BOUGHT GLASSES AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE ONLY I CANNOT SEE OUT OF THEM!!!!!!!!!! WAS TOLD I COULD SCHEDULE ANOTHER EYE EXAM ONLY...THIS WOULD BE MY 3RD EYE EXAM IN 9 MONTHS?????????????????????????????????????? WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER EYE EXAM WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY?? I WANTED MY MONEY BAKK TO GO SOME PLACE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? IS THAT SO WRONG? I TOLD THEM IMMEDIATELY UPON PICKING THEM UP THAT THE SCRIPT WAS WRONG??? BUT THEY MAKE YOU PAY BEFORE HAND OF COURSE! I AM OUT ANOTHER $250...AND I AM A SINGLE MOM. THANKS ALOT! I HAVE NOTICED FEWER CARS IN THE PARKING LOT THESE DAYS TOO! MAKES YOU WONDER ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT EVEN TAKE THE TIME AND PLACE A REVIEW????? DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
