This place is disgraceful. Corporate should close it down. Not too clean, and poorly managed. My friend and I Stopped in after lunch for a quick trim, and to pick up a few hair products. A young woman yelled from the back of the store, "can I help you"? My friend said "sure, would like a hair cut", the girl said nothing. Weird, uncomfortable seconds passed. My friend then said, would you like to cut my hair? And this whack job said, well I'm punched in so, I'm working. Me and my friend looked at each other in disbelief. Did she just say that? We walked out the door, and will never ever return to that Super Cuts, or any other, most likely. This woman has no work ethic, no class, and most likely, no talent. I don't want to give any stars, but this site requires you to do so.

Last month I stopped in to get a cut. My stylist's name was Lola, and unfortunately, I do not think she had a license to cut hair. I felt as if a 5-year old was playing hair stylist. In my 40+ years of getting haircuts, I have never been so disappointed. Even if a cut is not what I had in mind, I was always able to make it look good. This cut was horrendous, and I cannot believe they allowed me to walk out of the salon looking as I did. I wish I could post pictures here, as I believe mouths would drop in disbelief. I had to pay $75 the next day at a high-end salon to get the cut fixed. The cut was so uneven in the back, I had to have another inch taken off! When I asked Lola to blow dry my hair as I did not want it to curl, she used a COMB and ran the comb through my hair while waving the hair dryer over my head. Obviously she did not know how to use a blow dryer to straighten hair. I complained to corporate three times, and each time I was assured that a district and/or regional manager would contact me. It has been over a month, and still no phone call. I guess Supercuts' Management does not really care if their customers are satisfied. Aside from not getting a good hair cut, this particular salon is dirty and is in very rough shape. The stations have broken and/or missing drawers and they are dirty and have hair all over the spot where they keep their styling equipment. They do not seem to take pride in how the salon looks or the cleanliness. Also, as I was leaving, another customer had to approach me to tell me I had hair all over my pants -- again -- showing they do not clean their stations. Very sad...
