I bought a pair of shades from here and asked that I get my prescription put in them. Which wasn't a problem. They offered a light green tint or a light grey tint. So I went with the light grey tint. The tint is very dark. I cant even see at night. So I called to see if I can get them in a lighter tint. The lady that answered has not so good customer service. Then she proceeded to tell me I shouldn't be wearing shades at night, says who. I told her I've been doing that for over 20 years. Other place I always purchased shades and put my script in I never had any problem wearing them at night. Her customer service needs to be polished. Then tell me her manager will be in tomorrow and basically to wing it to see when she is in. If she isn't she will have to find a manager off the floor and they might can't help me. Very negative. I tried the cheaper route. Not a happy camper. Never again.

I took my frame and prescription for eyes glasses , first I had to sign a form stating that if my frames are damaged , lost ,or mishandled by the company or any affiliated company , agent or employees , even though due to the negligence or fault of any of the foregoing etc . Their liability will be limited

Twice I called on the expected date the glasses had to be done over by the lab. I still haven't received my glasses . I wanted to Change the order the said it would push it back another 7 days . ... And they should be back in 4 days . This is bad business what happens if they're not done Friday !!
