Last week, I stopped by the shop and instantly felt in love with the place. I wait seened a bit long but the service was great so I guess it's a fair trade-off. The owner was very kind and told me to make an appointment if I want to come during the weekend since they are very busy then. The place is very clean and great manicure and pedicure.

A local friend recommended Serenity to me... and now I'm questionning our friendship. I personally think that this place is terrible. First my friends and I came in and put our names on the list to wait. We grabbed sandwiches next door and told the appointment guy that we would be sitting right out the door eating while we waited. Instead of telling us when a girl was available they took other girls that walked in after us. The wait was ridiculously long to begin with. Then the woman who did my nails couldn't even understand enough English to understand what I wanted her to do. Even the guy in the salon who spoke English tried to translate for her and literally show her what I wanted, but she still didn't get it. Two of my other friends hated their experiences as well. Only one friend liked her nails.



They were very disorganized and the place wasn't really as clean as it should be. I would NEVER waste my money at this nail salon ever again. Not even if I was desperate.
