this is the BEST computer repair shop in the waterbury area !!! I needed a CPU cooling fan replaced... stupid staples said they couldn't even order it. ACR not only had the original replacement fan in stock... they called me in less than 4 hours after drop-off saying my computer was ready for pickup ! this store is very professional , very courteous , very , very fair-priced , don't hesitate bringing your computer to ACR ! thanks , Anon... :)

Very bad experience. They dumped all my data. Their communication was terrible. Didn't tell me they were going to delete my data base and didn't back anything up. ACR said that I should have told them to back everything up!. They didn't even apologize, just pointed to some fine print in the work order saying they weren't responsible and made excuses. I'll never go there again. Definitely not recommended.
