This contractor will promise you a house that when it is finished YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED. Oh he will come back to fix the problem... but why not get it right the first time around. I have cracks on my wall and paint that looks like it was put on by a 60 year old picked up from off the streets. Oh, the guy that was subcontracted to repaint my walls was in his 60s, I almost forgot!



In any case, this contractor used some subcontractors that looked like they were picked up from Waterbury's Tent City -- near the Home Depot. I had sleepless nights after a few months into the project. Worrying if my kitchen was going to look as promised... worrying about how much is this Contractor going to hike up the price of certain items and installation. This Contractor does not take responsibility for his mess ups. He'll blame the subcontractor or the item -- and sometimes YOU.



Your business with this Contractor is not confidential. He'll divulge his business with other clients to you and your business to others. He will also talk about YOUR neighbors.



I made the mistake of recommending this Contractor to a friend and we both regret it. He did the same to my friend. Both of us are unhappy and dissatisfied.
