On Sunday, July 27, 2008 I returned a pair of glasses to the Lenscrafters listed above.

My experience at this store was unprofessional in environment and tone; as a customer I was treated in a condescending manner by this store’s manager and with a total disregard to my questions. Specifically, the manager refused to my questions about my insurance, she told me not to worry about it, that the computer would take of it.

Her tone and approach towards me as a customer was condescending and disrespectful. Specifically, when I returned my glasses she would not accept that I simply did not like them, she responded by stating “let talk about it”, when I repeated that I did not like them and would not engage in further discussion, she refused to answer any of my insurances questions, portrayed a body language that portrayed annoyance and frustration. She became verbally disrespectful by stating to me that is was probably my husband who did not like the glasses.

I had every intention of choosing another style of glasses, but choose not to because of this manager. My insurance questions remain unanswered. I am deciding if I will continue to use Lenscrafters for any of my further eye care needs.

This manager has portrayed Lenscrafters as a company that does not value or respect its customers.
