If I could leave no star I would. Joe sold us a warmer that was not appropriate for what we told him our usage would be. He said it would be perfect. $560.00+ later it was not really made for that function. Called the company and they would not take it back and gave us the runaround. And they had to call the company that made it because they didn’t really know its functioning abilities. Worst company to deal with. Very shady. Never go there for supplies. They will tell you anything you want to hear for a sale. No customer help whatsoever! Beware when you go into their store. You will get ripped off!!!!

Very big store. Good prices, especially on the scratch-and-dent, demo, and overstock equipment specials they have. You can save a lot on those. Lots of traffic getting there.

Amazing selection and reasonable prices, staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately the item I wanted was sold out for the moment but they gave me an estimate as to when the next shipment would come in and a number to call to verify.

In regards to some people giving bad reviews about their "return policy", it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door, and it's posted at the registers. (It's store credit only), which is fine with me as long as you know ahead of time.
