I've tried twice to request propane delivery on-line, and even though I've received email confirmation that my request was received, still no propane delivery. I've tried reaching out to them on their online chat, which also has been deactivated, but doesn't indicate that until you've submitted your issue. Then, last Friday I sent an email asking for propane delivery, but according to my online account nothing has been done. Right now I'm trying to call, but after 59 minutes on hold, this seems futile. An Attorney General complaint may be the only way to get propane delivered!
