a cpl of my GF and my friends from hs work here so we said wed try it out. i was not impressed. we didnt get our friend as a waitress so that was disappointment and girl we got was not very helpful and didnt pay much attenton to us. food was ok not great but lots of people eatin here when we went so people must like. its close to home so i wish we liked more then we did we may try agan

3 stars cause the breadsticks were good and the portions were large. The service really sucked when we went. The help was standing around twittling their thumbs and our waiter wasnt very caring about much. Too many other options to come back here. But if big meals and all you can eat breads your thing, this is your winner

Olive Garden Treat

I am from Staten Island where every street has an Italian Restaurant, from Goodfellows to Pats, ie....I am Italian/Sicilian. When I moved to Groton, Ct.,I couldn't believe that the majority of Italian resaurants, if any, were just to get people by..then, one day the town of Waterford built The Olive Garden..the only Olive Garden I had eaten in was in Rhode Island..an hour away....So, I tried the one in Waterford, 10 minutes from my home, and Viola...i found the food was excellent to my Italian/Sicilian taste buds...the best. one taste of any of their food & I was hooked..it is just mouth watering waiting for the delicious anything....not only did i enjoy the food, but the service of all types, from Host to waiters & waitresses were so cordial & the music of Ole Blue eyes, Tony Bennett, Dino & more great singers & the way it was decorated makes one believe they are eating in Italy....I also like the wine tasting the best lol. A patron can come in dressed casually as I do...no fancy, shmancy cothes, unless you like to... Try it, even if you are of another ethnic group, as so many patrons are, & see & taste for yourself...It is wonderfully priced & worth every bite..Trust me....I now go there whenever i am in the mood for a good Italian lunch or dinner..& i forget about the other make believe Italian restaurants here...Bon Appitite...
