When this opened, it was an excellent addition to the area and a very nice place to go. Unfortunately, since that time it has significantly deteriorated. Being in there yesterday, I was confronted by a long line and inadequate help; employees who didn't seem to know what they were doing; only three coffee dispensers operating; coffee that was of poorer quality than ever (weak, not tasty); tables that were poorly maintained; a floor that was dirty - and, in general, an atmosphere that did not make me want to rush back.

Love, love, love

I just love, love, love Panera bread. They have great food and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love sitting by the faux fireplace during the winter. They also have free wireless Internet access - bring your laptop.

Great Sandwiches and take-out

What a find! This is the best soup and sandwich shop,very healthy.Salads are large,can make a meal,a big selection of coffee that is fresh.The danish is wonderful ,I always take some home
