Took my down parka in to be cleaned-Came in looking like I rolled around on ground-Came back looking like brand new! Only dry cleaners in Waterford I'll ever use! Kudos!

We called 4 more dry cleaners in the area and no one was willing to dry-clean our clothing on such a short notice with such a reasonable price. From now on this is the only cleaners I will be using. P.S. they also have a great deal when you pre-pay you get 40% off of dry cleaning order, you can't beat that!

I searched on line for a dry cleaner that could clean an heirloom costume. After reading reviews I decided to try American although it is a bit of a distance from my home. I dropped it off and later talked with the owner who couldn't guarantee he could do it but would try and let me know. To my delight, it looks beautiful and he took so much care with it. He even cleaned the headpiece by hand. I had to wait a little longer for it to be completed but it was worth the wait!

I love this dry cleaners. They are so friendly and make sure to give you a great price. You can prepay for you dry cleaning and and get 40 percent off!! Its a great deal. I have came in with bad stains that I thought could never came. When I picked it up it looked brand new. Anytime I forget to drop my cleaning off early. I can get my stuff sameday. So I always have my clothes when I need them. I love the employees and owner. They are always so helpful and kind. I would never go back to anothers dry cleaners.

Excellent service. Visiting from out of town for a wedding and needed my vintage 1950's dress dry cleaned and my dates clothes as well. Very inexpensive and they did a great job. My dress came back looking brand new and they did a fabulous job with my date's jacket, shirt (had ring around the collar), and pants. I even got a refund of a few dollars when I picked up the clothes, they said that they mis-charged me on the pants.

i went to this dry cleaners because my local dry cleaners "tower cleanes" refused to do dry cleaners for me in the same day, American dry cleaners was able to get my dry cleaning done not only on the same day but they got it done in 2 hours, they also called and let me know that my dry cleaning was ready. from now on i will be driving extra couple miles to this dry cleaners but give my buisness to people who actually care about their customers and do excelent quality work.

I started using American Dry Cleaners services in 2002. I have set up my pickup schedule for one time every two weeks from my house. For the past years, I have never had to file a complaint about their services. I told American Dry Cleaners the days convenient for my pick-up and delivery, which are Friday evening or Saturday any time. The first few months I used their service, I requested for pick-up when I was available in person. Now that they gained my trust I leave the orders right at my porch. They always call me prior to coming out, that way I can have my clothes ready for them. "

Heard about this place from a friend and gave them a try, they pick up and deliver for free from Royal Oak, and are very reliable. The quality is very good and I have recommended this place to all my friends.

I have found that the American Cleaners located in Waterford is the best Cleaners that I have ever done business with.

The help is friendly and they try very hard to satisfy their customers. I would tell anyone that this cleaners is the one to go to.

They have been doing a very good job with my clothing and very timely. I also found out that they do a pick-up and delivery from the house and it's free and the prices are great.
