I lived here for a year. The apartment fell apart before my eyes. Everything went wrong that could and maintenance responded within months of my calls. Management took no responsibility for anything that went wrong or the lack of response time. After moving out I clean the apartment very well. I was then notified about damages that were clearly done before move in and noted on the check sheet. I called management to dispute the charges and they said they would get back to me. I never heard back and they sent the amount to collections. Live here at your own risk as management our professional criminals.

Unhealthy::



This is a dog friendly complex. But, the residents are not forced to clean up after their dog's mess. This complex also does not ask for vetting infor and or shot records. Too many allow their animals to run loose. My dogs got sick from the crap that is all over the grounds. I had a two hundred dollar vet bill to clear up a parasite infection they got from doing what dogs love most, sniffing where other dogs have been. Also, not a great place to have small children. I watch my six year old grandson every weekend and because people let their dogs crap outside everyone's patios and such this kid has come in a filthy, crap of a mess on his shoes. So he wasn't allowed to play out on the grounds after that.





Unsafe:

I complained twice about the people above me tossing their burning cig butts over and onto my patio. This concerned me because 1. In the spring with all the dried leaves it's a fire hazard. 2. I couldn't even sit on my patio this spring, it was a disgusting mess and It's not mine to clean up. I have called the local fire dept and/marshall about this. There are seriously some low lives living in this complex. Trashy, filthy people that could care less about trashing the common grounds. Neighbor found needles by the children's play structure.



Apts all share a few things in common, noise, fighting neighbors, cops being called.....find one that doesn't have these issues. BUT....there are some that are a lot cleaner then this place. I've never seen a manager walk the grounds. The back units such as mine are nasty. If you look at the rental area it's beautiful. Please walk around the grounds and into the back area. Totally different .



I would also not move an elderly person into this complex. There are old utility caps sticking out of the ground which I fell on a couple of times. Someone could really get hurt. The water is prorated to each person. I was handed a note stating different ways to safe on my water bill. What, don't shower? This explains why they fill up and pack one complex before they start the others. That way several people can pay for each others water use and not just two or three units. If I choose to take five showers a day, I will do it. But everyone will share in that bill. Weird, I've never had an apt do this.



Anyway, there ya go. Not a good place for small children that need a safe, clean place to run. Or dogs, unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars at the vet for antibiotics.
