Very disappointed...

This way my first time here... Not impressed. The guy had no personality, wouldn't honor my coupon and cut 3 of my toes during my pedicure. I was still responsible to pay. I will NOT be back.

The staff was rude, impatient, and pushy from the minute I walked in there. A younger girl did mine. She rushed and was not accurate with doing the pre polishing and such. She told me to wash my hands prior but there was no nothing to dry my hands so I searched thru the drawers because she was too busy on her phone to notice I was lost. I tried starting a conversation and she didn't even acknowledge that I said something to her but yet she could speak chinese to her family (never know if they are complaining about you). When you put your hand in the drier she was blunt and rude saying "next, next" to tell me she wanted the next hand (could have been said WAY nicer). It was the worse experience I have ever had at a nail and spa place. Then to top it all off my shilac didn't even last a week without peeling up. My graduation is tomorrow and it won't even last 1 week & 1 day until then.. suppose to last 2 weeks or more. Will not recommend this to ANYONE.
