BoRics of Waterford and the stylist Jolie does not honor appointments, especially after you make an appointment. Specifically made an appointment to see Jolie. She blatantly takes another customer, even though there's another available stylist. She further LIED that "We don't take appointments, so...", with the appointment book sitting right there on the counter with numerous appointments, and just walks away!!! Needless to say, I will no longer patronize nor advise anyone to patronize much less trust this establishment for their "services"...or lack thereof.

You get fast sevice, because the haircut is so fast they rush to get it done. They don't suggest anything. They complain how hard they work and how little they get paid. They don't care about the customer, they just want to go home.

First of all they messed up my hair then gave themself a 100% tip!! My $10 haircut was a $20 total. I crossed a line through tip so they added their own! I would not recommend!
