We booked their Chrysler 300 limo for my daughter's homecoming along with 7 of her friends 2 weeks before the event. All communication & booking went great until 3 hours before the event when Ron called to say they couldn't use the limo that night because the electrical wasn't working. He tried to arrange with another company & the options were a 6 person towncar (we had 8 people) or a van with all the bench seats facing forward FOR THE SAME PRICE BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE BEING CHARGED BY THE OTHER COMPANY!! NO talk of any sort of price adjustment, just a $100 voucher toward a party bus in the future. Yeah right! We tried to find our own replacement but it was homecoming weekend so everything was booked. We finally agreed to squeeze into the towncar with a verbal commitment "to see if" the owner would give us some money back. An hour later he called back again to say they couldn't find a driver for the other car so we were just out of luck. He reimbursed me my $100 deposit quickly but we were left with no alternative.
