Did not even wash the back end of my car, and always tip drying guys but still not dried. Back of car didn't even look like it had been thru a wash.

Been a regular customer but won’t be going back.
About 6 months ago I had an oil cap on one of my cars that wouldn’t come off. To their credit they didn’t drain the oil first, but it was them on my previous visit that over tightened the cap. The was so tight it broke and had to be removed in pieces.
I took my older car in for an oil change and asked for a bottle of Lucas Oil Stabilizer too. When they removed the oil fill cap they broke the cover/handle off of it, I saw them do it. Then they set the broken piece on top so it looked ok and closed the hood. When they came to my window with the bill they had charged me for 5 quarts of oil AND the quart of Lucas. My motor doesn’t hold 6 quarts, they charged me for oil I didn’t get.
Got home, glued the broken cap, hope it holds so I don’t have to buy a second cap because of Forster’s. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

The technicians accidentally installed a defective oil filter and there was a major oil leak on my car. When I took it back they repaired the oil filter, they cleaned the entire undercarriage, they gave me two car wash vouchers with a smile! The professionalism and respect that I received from these guys was unmatched. I will be going back to them with both my car and my wife's car. Thank you for the great experience and for repairing my wife's car!

However, we carry a large supply of oil from different manufacturers and also carry oils such as Valvoline Max Life and Quakers State Defy (High Mileage) which would cost more money. $49.99 for Max Life. Semi synthetic was $55 here and I normally pay $35 at the dealership. They just said that I was blocked in their garage and that they didn't believe me that I normally pay that even though I showed them the dealer price online while I was waiting... Nice people.. Probably wont be back
