Kyle did a great job handling plumbing issues with my hot water tank. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He provided a great deal of information that will help me in the years ahead. I have had excellent service from Kotz.

Molly came for our annual AC Maintenance. As usual, she was friendly and efficient. It's better to do the annual inspection, than to wait for something to break midseason. Kotz is the best.

I've been using Kotz for maintenance on my HVAC for many years now. Always reliable and knowledgable. Cody was my most recent service technician and was very thorough.

I would recommend Kotz Heating , Cooling & Plumbing to everyone! Matt serviced our air conditioner....He was prompt, professional & courteous, but most of all extremely knowledgeable. He took care of the problem, without trying to get me to have things done that weren't needed. Plus, I called for an appointment around 4:30 in the afternoon...Matt was at my door by 8am the next morning! What company is so accommodating? Kotz Heating, that's who!

When our furnace was on the blink, Kotz moved us up to the front of the list; they did NOT charge us for a service call! How’s that for customer service? Their support staff and technicians have always been first rate.

Jason came to my house on a service call. He discovered the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was friendly, professional and courteous

Tom is the greatest. On time, extremely courteous and does great work. Frank is lucky to have him. I've never had a bad experience with any Brinker plumber, but i will always request Tom. Great job

The furnace stopped working at one of my rental properties. Melanie was able to get me an appointment that day (the usual for Kotz) and Norm got there even sooner than expected. He fixed the problem quickly and, even though I wasn't on the premises, communicated with me clearly and effectively and had things back to normal in a very short time. Thank you!

Matt did our winter maintenance and was efficient, on time and very polite. I suggest to everyone that they buy the yearly service plan. It makes it so much easier. They let us know when service needs to be scheduled and I never have to worry about my furnace konking out in the winter or air conditioner in the summer. Thank you for your superior service!

Dave was timely, professional and efficient. He took the time to diagnose and correct a problem I didn't know existed, thereby fixing it before it became a problem. Good job!!

Joe was outstanding! He was prompt and provided valuable insight on cost effective heating tips for the winter.

Nick was great. Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He gave my furnace a seasonal tune up and offered some great advice to keep things running smoothly.
