I've gone there three times since I've moved to Waterford and this will be the last! They have screwed my order each time! And these people want $15 dollars an hour!!!!

This used to be the best McD in the area. No waiting and almost never got an order wrong.



Sadly.. its customer service has seen better days. In seems they have new employees every week and the new employees are NEVER friendly.



Sodas are NEVER full, and bags are always missing something. Id say about 1/2 the time my order is wrong. Either no straw, cups not full, wrong soda, forgot my fries...something. I feel unwelcome there.



I use to go there a lot, now I try to avoid it.
