I recently had a service call since my air conditioner wasn't cooling. He was very

knowledgeable about the air conditioner and gave me a price to repair or replace it.

I decided to replace the a/c and am very satisfied with the guy who came to install it as well as the guy who serviced it. The next day, their office called to make sure I was

happy with this install and offered to answer any questions. This team was very

thorough, the guys were friendly and very neat. Everything was clean when they left.

They also went through the operation of the new a/c and thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a furnace or air conditioner.

nichols supposedly serviced my parents furnace and humidifier around a year ago, my father was very ill and has since passed on, mom made an annual check up appointment which I am CANCELING after I saw that the service sticker that was left on the unit said check and change filters , and they had done NEITHER, 2 relics of filters remained in the unit from previous owners and one didn't even fit the unit sticking out 1/2 way from being jammed into another filter, the filter for the humidifier was corroded to the unit obviously neglected for years. But yet they were charged for a check and change call and left a list of things that they could 'fix' for a fee. all of this after not 1 not 2 but 3 canceled appts while my parents scrambled to work medical appts around them. It is one thing to be a poor business. But to act shamefully, deceptively, toward the vulnerable is reprehensible

You installed a combo air and heater about 6 years ago. I called this summer that I'm not getting air in the kitchen and you said you would come and take a look, you never showed you gave me the normal cures like filter or a animal nocked down the pipe. l sent a man down to take a look. The pipe was laying on the ground and I have ben heating and cooling the craw space for about 4 to 5 years the screw was very hard to install so your man just pushed the pipe into the register and never secured it with a screw so my man used duck tape and for now it seems alright. the new problem is the pipe to my bed room now its laying on the ground so that end of the house is being heated via craw space. my equalized heat bill is $190.00 a mo. I live in a 850 to 900 sq. foot house. if you still have the installer working for you should have him come back and fix his botched job. Why did I wait so long to complain it has a lot to do with my job that I was working 60 hours a week I just retired and I'm a widower so no one was around. I did hire a man to go down he said it was oil caning that a term for the noise I have had for years he was going to come back but he had a hart atack I HAVE SENT YOU THIS SEVERAL TIMES PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL.
