They use gentle organic dry cleaning. Our clothes look and feel great! No harsh chemicals. No scent at all. Just soft, clean clothes. Business shirts feel and look great! Friendly service and reasonable prices. We looked for a good dry cleaners for a long time and finally found it here. It is a small, humble business where the owners put all of their focus into a great product and very kind service. Our family highly recommend them!

I highly recommend the Pine Knob Dry Cleaners of Waterford and have been patronizing their fine establishment for many years. The staff/owners are extremely and unfailingly professional at every visit. Through their courtesy and skill, they're sure to care for and clean your garments promptly and to your complete satisfaction. I brought them my funky-styled (and funky-smelling) fedora hat this past summer (2014) and they were able to clean it and keep its shape at a very reasonable price. Mostly though, I bring in my button-up shirts for them to dry clean so as to avoid my shrinking them at home in my washing machine. Only $1.75 per mens shirt (out the door) plus free smiles! The Pine Knob Dry Cleaners is a staple business within the community of Waterford. I go in stinky but come out fresh and crisp every time. Thanks guys!
