I Just view a episode on my TV News About one of your clients wearing a Tank Top that they felt was inappropriate. Well I think the woman that made her leave was very unprofessional. There was nothing wrong with what she was wearing. She should be fired for what she did. She must be a shame of her body. Leaving customer a lone. This young lady was not bothering anyone.

On memorial day weekend my girlfriend, my son an army veteran, and myself went to Planet Fitness to which I have been a member since they have opened to work out as a family. My son went in with a gallon of water with a threaded cap and after an hour of working out we were approached by a female employ and we were told he had to put in into the locker room because it could cause a spill. My son explained that the cap was threaded and then her story changed to that water promotes a hostile workout environments and people who care about their bodies are not weclome there. We wanted to speak to the manager because he had it UPON ENTERING AND SIGNING UP AT THE FRONT DESK WITH THE MANAGER mike. Mike then accused me of swearing at the female employee, which was a lie, but then I did tell him off. This institution is against people getting into shape, they want people to sign up and not work out. Mike's behavior was thoroughly embarrassing not only for himslef but the entirity of Planet Fitness. This is the first memorial day that made me ashamed to call myself an American if that what Mike claims to be.

Gym setup was nice but the manager "Mike" should be fired. After only signing up 30 min ago, my sons membership was corporately cancelled due to dropping a 25lb weight which was untrue. Also he wasn't given a tour or the lunk alarm mentioned to him. After my son had told me my membership was too cancelled for getting upset and discriminated against. He then falsely accused me of dropping weight. Then corporately cancelled my membership due to my son dropping the weight which he placed on the leg of the bench then fell. I've tried to contact Joshua Lemons regional manger numerous times in regards to that matter and no reply or results. WORST MANAGEMENT DON'T GO HERE!!!!

They make you truly feel welcome at this gym! Non Judgemental as they say to be! Love the machines! This and Planet Fitness in Fenton I would recommend :)
