Highly do not recommend if you have thick hair or expect good quality customer service. Hairdresser was rude, sassy, and made me feel like I was more of a burden than a valued customer. I can hear them gossiping and calling me names when they would walk away to grab an item to the other hairdressers, which made me feel upset. As well, they use low quality products that you can find at your local drug store such as Big Sexy Hair as a conditioning treatment. Lastly, although they won't tell you until after your hair is done, they will charge you extra if your hair is curly, which I found as being absurd.



All in all, do not recommend. In fact, the only thing in the store that was pleasant to see was the dog.

I was a walk in for a color service and everyone was extremely knowledgable and the stylist was very confident in her work and very attentive. All the girls were friendly and made me feel at home. I was so happy with my hair and i will definitly be back.

Salon Suzette is a very professional business and the work done there is awesome. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean and everyone there is amazing at what they do. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your hair done.

You can tell Suzette takes great pride in what she does, the rest of her staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
