Provided by YP.comThe men were considerate, courteous, well mannered, compassionate, helpful, respectful and genuinely nice. Hired Two Men twice, had two different crews and both were superb!!!! Thank you for making a painful experience go smoothly and be less stressful.

Provided by YP.comI got my original estimate and then gave them the contract. On moving day my wife was told that they would possibly need two trucks for our move to Nashville and that we would have to pay another 3500 dollars, this is AFTER it was Estimated by there office and loaded half my belongings into the first truck. Then three days late they showed up at 9 PM to my new residence with only Two guys. needless to say at 3 am they were done moving everything in. They just left. They did not put my furniture back together or unwrap the furniture they wrapped. The next day when we unwrapped all the furniture we realized the 60 inch TV was broke. My coffee tables in the living room were scratched down to bare wood and wheels broke off. We paid for a full service move. You call there and they just tell you that they aren't fixing anything and that we should have demanded that they unwrap everything before the left at 3 am on a school night and they just flat will not fix anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid 6,000 dollars to be treated like crap and they were late. Broke furniture. And tried to charge me 3500 dollar more.... I am easy going and not the picky crazy person who does this or complains about everything but our service was ridiculous and furniture broken and not repaired....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Provided by YPmobilehired them for a move and had jewelry missing. I contacted management and told me that they can't do anything about it unless there was proof. I didn't know I was required to install security cameras for the move when this company was "professional".

Provided by YP.comThey loaded our piano in Michigan, and when arriving in Chicago and opening the truck door, the piano leg was split up through where it sits on the caster. They initially claimed full responsibility and Jamie in the Waterford office was great ~ working to resolve the issue ~ e-mailing back and forth, stating that they would repair the piano. They were fully cooperative until they found that the leg is actually part of the piano case and four different independent furniture/piano professionals told them they needed to replace the piano, as the leg has been compromised and could not be repaired. They were specifically told the caster will always create a weak point in the piano leg. The manager, Wayne Lake, then got involved, did nothing to resolve the issue, and stated they are now suddenly not responsible. Wayne was extremely rude on the telephone, repeatedly talking over me, not listening, offering no remedies and no explanation as to the professional opinions which are all documented in e-mails, and not attempting at all to resolve the issue. I asked to speak with the owner, Russell Scott was told he was not in, but would call; however, to date, several weeks have passed and the owner has made no attempt to contact me~not really certain Wayne passed along the request. It should also be noted that the two men also from a different branch of Two Men and A Truck who unloaded in Chicago clearly stated that it would be resolved to our satisfaction as it is their company policy. It appeared that was true until the manager, Wayne Lake, in the Waterford location became involved. They sent a furniture repairman out, (who Wayne stated they randomly found in the phone book), who brought no tools, had to borrow our tools, made a suggestion that he do the wood repair and then put a metal caster up and around the break. We actually agreed as long as we received a written guarantee. I called him today as I have not heard from him since July 2, and he stated the casters were not available although it was very obvious that he did not do the research at all and we together found several options in the part book during his second visit. No one from Two Men and a Truck has contacted us. I am now contacting our attorney. I would recommend finding someone else to do your move or make sure you have your own really good insurance!!!

Provided by YP.comTwo Men And A Truck moving worked great for us! They were able to move us at a competitve price and were very professional in the process. They also provided great prices and different kinds of moving boxes (dish box, clothing, or regular). Past movers from other companies were not as professional or careful with our belongings as Two Men And A Truck. They were on time and exceeded our expectations.
