This is the third time I have been to Waterford Collision over the years with various family members. I always recommend Waterford collision. First of all it is clean and comfortable. It is as easy as dropping your car off for service at a dealership. The people at Waterford Collision have always been friendly and efficient. Tom, I believe he is the service manager, could not have been more helpful.

We were in a jam time wise for getting our vehicle back for a trip and Waterford Collision worked with the insurance company (Who took a little long to process our claim, but that is another review) to get the job done not just on time but ahead of time. What a relief. Tom did not promise things he could not deliver on and I appreciated that. Under promise, over deliver.

I liked that Waterford Collision was a keeping in touch with me, not me calling and pulling teeth to see what was going on. When the job was done the car was clean inside and out. The van looked like new. The whole experience went a long way toward dealing with the misery of having experienced an accident.

I recommend Waterford Collision. Say "Hi" to Tom while your there.
